History
Gus Arrigo was founder and operator of Martha’s Gardens Inc. Martha’s was independently owned and operated for over 20 years before the company was sold to one of the largest food companies in the industry.

Martha’s pioneered such packaging technologies as cut tomato’s, “Shake N Eat” salads and replacement of traditionally used MAP gasses used in the produce industry.
